Helen and Lisa Tse have been cooking the original recipes that have been handed down through the generations of their family all their lives. Since then they have appeared on Dragon’s Den, where they won a £50,000 investment for their range of Sweet Mandarin sauces, which they developed for their customers who suffer from coeliac disease. In January 2014, the twins were both awarded an MBE by the Queen in the New Year Honours List for their services to Food and Drink.
